What makes The Bookhouse Hotel Book Club unique?
In a world filled with noise, our Book Club is a quiet sanctuary, embracing the power of a single book to stir the soul. Each quarterly box unveils a handpicked gem, accompanied by thoughtfully curated gifts, including a personalized promo code for 15% off rooms at the hotel. Members will always have a place to stay at The Bookhouse Hotel! We meet each 3rd Wednesday, 4 times a year, in the hotel’s meeting space.
What kind of books should I expect?
Every member has a say. At each meetup, members can vote on the next book to be read. The first book we are reading is The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon.

Imagine an intimate gathering at The Bookhouse Hotel, led by Shannon Hargreaves, a local book reviewer. (Of course we will be surrounded by candlelight!) Our quarterly meet-ups offer a chance to dive deeper into the book of the quarter. With refreshments and heartfelt discussions, it’s an emotional connection that goes beyond the pages. This is a chance to meet other members of the community in your own hometown. We want The Bookhouse Hotel to feel like home! 

We currently have 2 quarterly meetups.

March 20th, 2024 Quarterly Meetup: The 3rd Wednesday, at 7pm starting in March, June, Sept, Dec.

June 12th, 2024 Quarterly Meetup: The 2nd Wednesday, at 7pm starting in June, Sept, Dec, and March.

How do I join?

Simply select a quarterly or yearly membership. Once you join, you’ll be billed accordingly.

How much is the membership?

$75 per quarter plus $11.99 for shipping each book. Or $270 for the year, free shipping included.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed immediately upon signup. After the first payment, your card will be automatically billed quarterly on the 1st of every shipping month (March, June, September, and December.) thereafter. 

For Example: if you sign up in February you will be billed immediately then billed again on June 1st. 

Orders received after the 1st of the shipping month will receive their box in the next shipping month.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and that you may need to suspend your membership. If you need to cancel, please let us know by emailing info{at}thebookhousehotel.com on or before the 5th of the month prior to the shipping month so that you do not get charged. (For example, if you would like to cancel before the March box, please let us know by February 5th.)

Is there a limit on the amount of people that can join?

This round of memberships is limited to 10 people due to the size of our meeting space. You can however join our wait list by clicking the button below.
