- RESERVATIONS: To make a reservation at our hotel, you must be at least 21 years of age or have a parent or legal guardian make the reservation on your behalf. Reservations can be made online or by contacting our reservations team directly. A valid credit card is needed to book. Credit card will be charged in full 14 days prior to check-in for full amount. If you are booking the entire hotel 50% deposit is required and non-refundable.
- PRICES AND TAXES: All prices are quoted in local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- PAYMENT AND TERMS AT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Total due for your stay, will be processed 14 days prior check-in. We accept major credit cards. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Any incidental damages will be charged 1 day post check out. If you have booked the entire hotel, the balance will be collected 14 days prior to check-in.
- TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you are traveling with minors, please inform us at the time of booking.
- ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS: We strive to accommodate all of our guests, including those with accessibility or special needs. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require any special accommodations.
- PARKING: Parking is available on-site and there is a parking lot across the street. Please contact our reservations team for more information.
- HOTEL EVENTS: From time to time, we may host events or activities at our hotel. We will make every effort to inform our guests in advance of any events that may impact their stay.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION/ISSUES: We strive to provide excellent service to all of our guests. If you have any issues or concerns during your stay, please inform our staff immediately so that we can address them promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may contact our management team.
- USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- LIABILITY: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, including theft or damage to vehicles parked on our premises.
- FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, or government regulations.
- THIRD PARTY RIGHTS: These terms and conditions do not create any rights for third parties to enforce.
- WAIVER: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
- SEVERANCE: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
